Leadership in 5 adjectives
Here are five adjectives I believe describe great leadership. The adjectives will be familiar to you but the definition I’m alluding to may surprise.
Humane - intended to have a civilizing or refining effect on people.
Balanced - taking everything into account; fairly judged or presented.
Illuminating - help to clarify or explain (a subject or matter).
Dependable - trustworthy and reliable.
Resilient - able to withstand or recover quickly from difficult conditions.
